ProMedica, a well-established health system in Ohio/Michigan was introducing a new service to their portfolio, urgent care. Being a new entry into a relatively crowded and undifferentiated market, ProMedica was looking to standout amongst it’s competition.

Primarily starting as an introduction and awareness campaign, our task was to first develop a brand experience that clearly defined ProMedica Urgent Care as the new standard in this category. An integrated campaign was developed featuring Print, TV, Radio, Social and Outdoor to drive the message.
